Happy as an egg

As someone who spends 2/3 of the day worrying, it is being so healing to travel for a bit and allowing myself to be in a different place. No job, no compulsory art, no preassures, no expectations. I find that I am able to be pleasantly surprised by the details. Whenever I teach Creative Writing I tell my students that magic is in the details  – in my eyes, that is what makes a piece of art vibrant and unique.

I wish I could apply that same lesson to life.

Want to admire a really detailed beautiful piece of art? Check out this videoclip.
